Rhythms

Drum Circles, Classes & Workshops

Rev. Tracy is a vibrant drum facilitator who leads drum and dance circles across Long Island as well as at festivals and other events. Her circles are fun and energetic - welcoming to all levels of drummers and dancers.


In addition, she also teaches both group and private beginner and intermediate drum & percussion classes for all ages. Tracy love of drumming is infectious and she encourages her students to find their rhythmic voice as well!

Reiki & Rituals

Sound Healing & Reiki

Vibrational healing comes in many forms - through the hands, through sound and through the voice. Allow yourself to be washed in the universal energy of Reiki, a hands-on healing modality from Japan used for stress reduction, pain relief and balance or go on your own personal inner journey to the gentle sound of the drum. This is your time to connect, go within and unwind.
